The Author

Shirley D. is a Christian woman who has loved the Lord since childhood. She is the mother of three sons with only one living. She is a compassionate woman who uses her struggles in life to help others overcome, walk through them and reach back and help someone else.

The author is a champion for positive change in the lives of the broken, hopeless, wounded, hurt, abused, angry, neglected, mistreated, and even abandoned. She is a minister of the word of God in prisons, convalescent homes, public and private schools, prayer lines, zoom classes, teleconference calls, in churches, and hospitals allowing the power of God to flow through me to others. The author is a public speaker who has shared her writings, poetry, and Bible lessons in public arenas. The author is a very joyous child of God and has earned the nickname of “Sunshine!” She desires to be a catalyst for joy for all people she encounters in life. Through all that, the author has been through in life it has made her stronger and more valuable to all the Lord brings in her realm of influence.
